BK6 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

1. General Terms

BK6 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the platform") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between BK6 and all its members.

By accessing our platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of them, please refrain from using BK6.

1.1 Applicability of These Terms

These terms and conditions apply to BK6's website, mobile app, and all other digital platforms. BK6 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

2. Account Registration & Usage

To register with bk6, you must provide accurate information. Accounts created with false details may be closed at any time and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Registrants must be 18 years of age or older
• Each individual may register only one account
• All information provided at registration must be complete, accurate, and truthful
• Two individuals living in the same household may hold separate accounts, though BK6 reserves the right to verify this
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility

2.2 KYC Verification

BK6 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents at any time for identity verification. The following documents are generally accepted:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Bank statement or utility bill (for address verification)

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Having multiple accounts on bk6 is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or manipulate the system, all accounts will be closed and any remaining funds will be forfeited.

3. Financial Transactions – Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on BK6 are fully secure and transparent. We support the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh.

• Your account must be KYC verified before any withdrawal can be processed
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• The daily maximum withdrawal limit is determined by your account's VIP level
• Withdrawals will only be sent back to the account used for the original deposit
• BK6 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the event of suspicious transactions

3.3 Currency

Bk6 supports transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For transactions in other currencies, conversion will be applied at the prevailing market rate and additional conversion fees may apply.

4. Betting Rules

All betting rules on BK6 meet international standards. Please review your bet carefully before confirming — once confirmed, no changes can be made.

4.1 Bet Placement Rules

• Your account must have sufficient balance at the time a bet is placed
• Bets must be placed before the match starts or within the specified time window
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment
• Each event has minimum and maximum bet limits
• BK6 reserves the right to cancel any bet placed as a result of a system error

4.2 Bet Cancellation & Refunds

Bets are cancelled and fully refunded in the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is cancelled
• If the required minimum time or overs have not been completed
• If a suspended match does not resume within the specified timeframe
• If a bet is placed on the wrong market (at bk6's discretion)

4.3 Cash Out Feature

BK6 offers a Cash Out feature that allows you to settle your bet before a match ends. The Cash Out value is based on current market conditions and may be higher or lower than your original potential winnings.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

BK6's bonus and promotion offers are designed exclusively for our members. Each bonus, however, comes with specific terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit (up to ৳10,000)
• A specific promo code must be used to claim a bonus
• Bonus wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10×
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of claiming a bonus
• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited

5.2 Reload Bonus & Cashback

• The weekly reload bonus is calculated on eligible deposits
• Cashback bonuses are awarded on net losses only
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time
• VIP members receive exclusive high-roller bonuses

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

BK6 strictly prohibits bonus abuse. The following actions will be considered bonus abuse:

• Repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets
• Collaborative betting for the purpose of bonus manipulation
• Claiming bonuses using another person's account

6. Responsible Gaming

BK6 believes betting should be fun, not a burden. We promote responsible gaming and help members stay in control of their betting.

6.1 Self-Control Tools

BK6 provides the following tools free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet limit for a specific time period
• Session Time Limit: Set a daily limit on how long you play
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently Close Account

7. Privacy & Security

Protecting your personal data is bk6's top priority. We never sell or share your information with third parties.

7.1 Data Collection

BK6 collects the following information:

• Platform Usage Logs & Betting History

8. Account Closure & Suspension

BK6 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances:

8.1 Grounds for Cancellation by bk6

• Opening an account with false information
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Money laundering or any other illegal activity
• Threatening or harassing other members or staff on the platform
• Opening an account while under 18 years of age

8.2 Account Closure by Member

Any member may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure.

9. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact the BK6 Help Center first. We are always committed to providing a prompt and fair resolution.

9.1 Complaint Submission Process

3. Bk6 will provide an initial response within 72 hours
4. Complex disputes may take up to 14 business days to resolve
5. BK6's decisions shall be considered final

10. Changes & Updates to Terms

BK6 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be given advance notice of any significant changes.
